It’s 2009. Laia the little Giant is dancing at School.
Children are wearing Bigheads made by themselves in collaborative work.
Here you are the Giants from Sentmenat dancing along the town with Laia the little Giant.
The Giants’ names are Menna and Caterina.
Carnival is called “Carnestoltes” in Catalonia.
Carnestoltes is a guy who becames the King of joking during Carnival Days.
He starts Carnival reading a speech ( “el pregó”) to invite people to joke, dance and enjoy the festival.

Sovint comentem a l’escola que si només practicarem l’anglès si BUSQUEM l’ocasió, ja que aquest no és l’idioma que la majoria dels habitants de Catalunya utilitzem per comunicar-nos.
L’Alba, per exemple, utilitza vídeos de YouTube per distreure’s i, a la vegada, millorar el seu “spelling” (ortografia).
